Witness Familiarisation
Training for High Court & International Arbitrations
Appearing in court or at an arbitration can be a challenging experience. Doing it for the first time can be even more so. Witness often don’t know what to expect, or how the experience will feel. Sometimes, this lack of familiarity can cause them to give poor evidence, where they become so intimidated or surprised by the process, that their evidence seems lost or confused. Stella Training’s witness familiarisation programme offers a path out of that situation by taking the unknown out of the court experience, and letting witnesses concentrate on giving their best evidence.
