This course will familiarise delegates with the experience of giving evidence at a Coroner’s Inquest. It will describe what is expected of a witness, what giving evidence will feel like, and how to prepare to attend an inquest for the first time.  A key focus will be the difference between adversarial trials and the inquisitorial process, and what that means for the hearing itself.
